CSU Figure Skating Club

About

CSU Figure Skating is a coed, student-run sport club at Colorado State University in Fort Collins that became an official sport club in 2009. The team welcomes skaters from Aspire through senior level in singles and ice dance who are current U.S. Figure Skating members or are willing to join. It practices once a week on private team ice at the Edora Pool Ice Center, and members often add freestyle and public sessions at EPIC for an extra fee. Each season the team competes in three intercollegiate events, usually one in the fall and two in the spring, earning team points through short program, free skate, ice dance, and team maneuver events in a bid for the Intercollegiate National Championships. It also hosts one or two shows each semester. Dues are $510 for competing members and $350 for non-competing members.
