Family Sports Ice Arena

About

Family Sports Ice Arena is part of the Family Sports Center in Centennial, Colorado, operated by South Suburban Parks and Recreation. The arena has two rinks, named Avalanche and Hamilton, and serves as a practice facility for the Colorado Avalanche. Skaters can use public sessions, skate rentals, Take-A-Shot, and adult drop-in hockey, along with youth recreational and travel hockey programs and adult hockey. South Suburban's Learn to Skate classes run from Parent-Tot through Level 6, and the district's staff instructor guide lists private figure skating coaches who teach here. The building includes eight locker rooms, a pro shop for ice and golf, skate sharpening, concessions, and a restaurant and bar overlooking the Avalanche practice sheet.
